Returns
Sports Madison wants you to be completely satisfied that your order meet your expectations! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund (except delivery costs) within 15 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.)
In the situation t that the goods initially been sent at freight prepaid an amount of 10 € (VAT included) for Spain & Portugal Inland and 20 € in the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Portugal Islands, France and other EU countries will be reduced to amount to transfer. Rest of the world please ask.
Important: Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully first. If there is any loss or damage, please contact us immediately on the same day, take pictures and check on the delivery note any visible defect as "Received with faults" or "Broken". Returns by loss or damage are not accepted 24 hours after customer received shipment.
Return Instructions
For returns, please follow the instructions below. The easiest way to return the merchandise is delivering them by Post or any other forwarder company to our address (the transport is pre-paid by customer). If you are located in Spain inland, Balearic Islands or Portugal (excluding Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and Azores) and if you want we pick up order back, simply contact us to receive return instructions.
A Return Form (and invoice copy) must accompany your return.

Exchanges
Our Sports Madison Exchange policy is simple. Just return the items you don't want using the normal returns process. Of course, product(s) must not be used and in original packaging.
Clothing with serigraphs or flocking, and custom rackets are not possible to exchange.
At any time, simply place a new order (by phone or e-mail to [email protected]) for the new product(s) you want to purchase.
Once we receive the product(s), please allow 3-7 days to exchange product(s) by your new order.
Refund
To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, or makeup stains.
Footwear must not be worn and must include the original, undamaged packaging. If you plan to return your shoes, do not wear them after trying them on.
Shoe boxes, blade boxes and other product packaging must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them.
Sports Madison will refuse items returned in unsalable condition.
Once we receive the product(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 3-7 days to refund for a credit on your account.
Remember that shipping cost is not refunded.
Warranties
Please contact us if you believe your purchase is defective and Sports Madison will claim the manufacturer.
D.M.V. SPORTS MADISON S.L. with CIF B61567905 guarantees the products according to Law 23/2003 and according to the following conditions:
All the items we sell have a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers any lack of conformity (anomaly or factory defect) for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase of the products purchased and delivered in Spain, which reduces all or part of the correct operation of the product. This guarantee does not affect the rights available to the consumer in accordance with the provisions of Law 23/2003. During the first 6 months from the date of purchase, the lack of conformity is assumed to be of origin unless proven otherwise (example: misuse / lack of maintenance). After 6 months, the consumer must reliably demonstrate that the lack of conformity is of origin (example: through expert evidence). If the 2-year warranty cannot be demonstrated, it does not apply. The lack of conformity must be reported within a maximum period of two months from when it was known (art. 9 Law 23/2003). The obligation under this warranty is limited to repair, shipment of the damaged part or replacement of the defective product, at the discretion of the company and once the products have been inspected in our warehouses by our technical department. Sports Madison does not provide on-site technical assistance.
It is necessary that the product is ALWAYS transported with the original packaging. If the original packaging is not used, we will not be responsible for returns or transport. Damages suffered as a result of: transportation, improper assembly, lack of maintenance, incorrect maintenance, improper use or neglect are not covered. The guarantee is automatically voided in the event that the product has been manipulated without authorization by an entity or person outside of D.M.V SPORTS MADISON S.L.
In order to benefit from the guarantee, it will always be essential to present the invoice or purchase receipt stating, at least, the precise description of the product, the date of purchase and the details of the establishment where the item was purchased.
